We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by leading test automation initiatives and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about testing, automation, and improving software quality at scale.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or equivalent test automation frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in software quality assurance, test automation, and QA strategy at a senior or lead level.
  • Solid experience in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience designing automated testing pipelines and integrating with CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks using Playwright or similar tools.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for complex, high-impact applications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, helping them grow in their careers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations to improve overall product quality.
