Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the full recruitment process to hire the best talents for SHIELD
  • Assist with talent sourcing for high-priority job openings
  • Support campus recruit events including career fairs and company talks
  • Social media company branding content creation
  • Support and facilitate employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Support and gain exposure to other HR functions based on student's interests and team's needs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relevant courses from a local university
  • Penultimate/graduating students welcomed to apply
  • Able to commit for 5-6 months
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create and maintain effective relationships with all employees to build a supportive working environment
  • Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
