Your Role
As our Finance Senior/Executive, you'll be the guardian of financial accuracy and compliance, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing key insights for smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly & annual financial statements
Oversee AP/AR processes efficiently
Handle GST, corporate tax filings, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Monitor cash flow & budget performance
Prepare financial forecasts & projections to guide business growth
Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities
- Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant qualification
- 3–4 years' experience as Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Macros a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP / AP functions an advantage
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with diverse stakeholders)
- Meticulous, organized, deadline-driven, and independent
