Your Role

As our Finance Senior/Executive, you'll be the guardian of financial accuracy and compliance, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing key insights for smarter decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly & annual financial statements

  • Oversee AP/AR processes efficiently

  • Handle GST, corporate tax filings, and reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

  • Monitor cash flow & budget performance

  • Prepare financial forecasts & projections to guide business growth

  • Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities

  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant qualification
  • 3–4 years' experience as Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Macros a plus)
  • Familiarity with SAP / AP functions an advantage
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with diverse stakeholders)
  • Meticulous, organized, deadline-driven, and independent
