The incumbent is responsible to perform field sales and lead a team in developing and acquiring new businesses, build strong customer relations through excellent customer service and works as a channel among sales, marketing, and senior management by implementing strategies within the assigned territory.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in accordance to business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Manage sales processes, including sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Deliver efficient and quality technical service for assigned products that maximizes patient benefits and reinforces the message to the customer.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance & stay current with industry trends and regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and sales-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Involve in preparation of tenders and professional congresses.
- Comply with company policies and practices.
Leadership
- Develops, coaches, guides, and motivates direct reports to maximize sales performance.
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
- Conducts performance evaluation of direct reports regularly and identifies training needs for performance improvements.
- Lead and maintain close communication with the team.
- Develop and review sales and staffing plans to attain sales goals within assigned territory.
Basic Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biological Science/Engineering/Healthcare or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum four (4) years of field experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.
- Proven track records in working with EP or CRM cardiologist in area of clinical support in the cath lab.
- Able to identify, establish and develop relationships with doctors to support company product lines.
- Good knowledge of working in sterile room environment and medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.
- Knowledge of providing clinical support to Surgeons during procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Experienced in leading a team or display potential leadership abilities to lead a team.
