We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and driven Head Chef to lead our Vietnamese F&B brand.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and refine an authentic yet modern Vietnamese menu
  • Oversee full kitchen setup, workflow, SOPs, and daily operations.
  • Lead menu costing, ingredient sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Train and guide a small kitchen team with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
  • Continuously innovate and introduce new seasonal dishes and ideas.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Vietnamese or Southeast Asian cuisine.
  • Strong expertise in Vietnamese dishes such as banh mi and rice bowls.
  • Solid background in menu development, kitchen operations, and cost management.
  • A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative and adaptable, with a system-based approach to managing kitchens.
  • Prior experience in fast-casual or multi-outlet operations is a strong plus.
