Job Description

  • Support shipbrokers in day-to-day operations and deal execution
  • Assist in market research, cargo and vessel tracking, and data entry
  • Prepare and manage chartering documentation and reports
  • Liaise with clients, shipowners, and charterers under supervision
  • Learn about freight negotiations, market trends, and operational workflows
  • Maintain internal databases and records accurately

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Interest in the shipping, trading, or maritime industry
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
