About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous KYC Reviewer and Preparer to join our team. You will perform end-to-end KYC reviews for PB/HNWI clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing Statements of Wealth (SOW), preparing risk assessments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of KYC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct holistic KYC reviews for private banking and HNWI clients.
  • Perform SOW benchmarking and prepare detailed narrative write-ups.
  • Prepare concise risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate case management, meeting internal deadlines and quality standards.
  • Apply knowledge of MAS and HKMA AML/CFT guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and improve KYC records.
  • Track status, report progress, and support project monitoring.
  • Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to uphold best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in KYC/AML roles, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
  • Proven experience in SOW analysis, write-ups, and holistic KYC reviews.
  • Strong understanding of MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulations.
  • Experience in AML/KYC remediation or transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and case handling skills; able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools and MI reporting is a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time.
