Position: Senior School Administrative
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 8:30am- 5:45pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am-5:15pm (Fri)
Salary: Up to $4400Job scope:
- Assist in managing academic programmes from proposal submission to implementation.
- Support course planning and scheduling for postgraduate programmes.
- Handle student registration and application processes.
- Organise student activities and events, and coordinate with student helpers.
- Manage general enquiries and provide administrative support to the programme office.
- Coordinate student assistants for assessments and assist in exam-related tasks.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree Holder
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Singaporean Only
