Temporary Customer Service Officer (CED)

Contract Duration: 7–12 months

Hourly Rate: Up to $18.50/hr

Work Days: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm | Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

Location: Balestier

Job Responsibilities:

The Temporary Customer Service Officer will support CED officers in managing enquiries, events, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

1. Enquiries Management

  • Triage and manage 9 mailboxes via the Feedback Management System.
  • Respond to enquiries from the public, registrants, and members regarding registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints, and general queries.

2. Pledge Ceremonies Support

  • Respond to email enquiries related to Pledge Ceremonies.
  • Draft email invitations for doctors and VIP guests.
  • Assist with event administration, logistics, and vendor sourcing.
  • Provide on-site support during events, if needed.
  • Prepare Pledge Certificates and update attendance in registrants' PR's records.

3. Communications & Circulars

  • Assist divisions in reviewing draft circulars and disseminating notices.

4. Administrative Support & Other Duties

  • Prepare documents for procurement of event management and design services.
  • Assist with corporate e-greeting card distribution and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Mass Communication or Business Management.
  • Experience handling enquiries, events, communications projects, and website/content development.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
