About the Role

Join our client advanced technology development team to work on BCD platform devices. This senior role focuses on device design, simulation, characterization, and reliability qualification, ensuring successful technology delivery for customer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize novel BCD platform devices.
  • Conduct TCAD device simulations and perform deck calibration.
  • Design, analyze, and layout device test structures.
  • Perform device bench testing, including DC, HV, and reliability characterization.
  • Fine-tune devices to ensure on-time delivery and successful reliability qualification.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to meet technology requests.
  • Propose design rules and test structures to quantify new processes and devices.
  • Lead problem-solving for new technology development.
  • Manage new tape-outs and pilot runs.

Requirement:

  • Master's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in BCD device development.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, particularly bipolar and power devices.
  • Experience in BCD device development and characterization preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation, calibration, layout, and bench testing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
