What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Data Analyst – Learning & Development to join our team The Senior Data Analyst – Learning & Development is responsible for analyzing, integrating, and reporting data across all units of Trillium's Learning & Development Department — Training Development, Training Facilitation, Program Coordination, and Staff Development & Engagement. This role develops dashboards, reports, and analytics that measure learning quality, engagement, and program effectiveness, while ensuring data integrity across the My Learning Campus (LMS) and related systems. The analyst manages integrations between the LMS, the Training Archive Database, and other enterprise systems. By providing data-driven insights, this position enables leadership and staff to evaluate learning impact, enhance instructional experiences, and strengthen organizational performance in alignment with the Learning and Development Strategic Plan and Trillium's mission and vision.

On a typical day, you might:

• Provide analytics to inform the design, iteration, and evaluation of learning content. 
• Track accessibility, engagement, and knowledge retention metrics to guide instructional design decisions. 
• Develop dashboards and reports that demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of learning assets. 
• Monitor participation, satisfaction, and knowledge gain in live and virtual training sessions. 
• Provide facilitators with data on learner engagement, attendance, and post-session feedback. 
• Analyze delivery trends to recommend improvements in facilitation strategies and learner experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data integration.; OR 
• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data integration.; OR 
• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data integration.; OR 
• Equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside within Trillium's Catchment of North Carolina. Counties included: Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilson.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:

• Experience in learning analytics, instructional evaluation, LMS administration, or workforce development reporting. 
• Advanced experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data pipeline development.
  • Data analytics or visualization certifications (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, AWS). 
  • LMS administration certifications (Cornerstone, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar). 
  • Instructional technology or learning analytics credentials.
