Purchaser Cum Inventory Administrator | Up to $3k | 5 Days | Bright Hill

Salary: $2500-$3000
Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 days)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Sin Ming Drive

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and negotiate with vendors/Suppliers.
  • Track and maintain proper levels of stock inventory via in-house system.
  • Monitor and coordinating delivery with suppliers directly.
  • Place Purchasing Order and ensure delivery on time.
  • Consolidate and update inventory list with cross reference to inventory control.
  • Coordinate with store on the issues and return goods.
  • Manage Stock and purchasing cost records.
  • Performa data entry and simple administrative duties such as filing etc.
  • Compilating and update of "Preferred Suppliers/Contractors" List.
  • Familiar with ISO system and Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc procurement and purchasing duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma holder in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years working experience in the related fields.
