About the role

Heavenly Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in the Mandai North Region. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers
  2. Adhering to delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries
  3. Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation
  5. Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  6. Reporting any issues or concerns related to deliveries or vehicle maintenance

What we're looking for

  1. A valid driver's licence with a good driving record
  2. Experience in a courier or delivery driver role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills to maintain delivery schedules
  5. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move packages of various sizes
  6. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
