Our client is a leading laser equipment provider in Asia. Theideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategicsales plans to expand our international market presence (APAC) and achieverevenue targets. Responsibilities · Develop and implement a global salesstrategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.· Build and manage a team of salesprofessionals and aftersales engineers to drive sales growth and solve clients'issues.· Collaborate with cross -functional teams(e.g., R&D, operations) to ensure effective sales execution.· Identify new business opportunities andestablish and maintain strong relationships with clients.· Negotiate and close complex sales dealswith key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.· Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to identify areas for growth and improvement.· Prepare and present sales reports,forecasts, and budgets to management. Requirements· Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering,Optical, Business or related field.· Knowledge in laser or automationtechnologies, especially applications in IT, Semicon, Display and relatedindustries.· Strong leadership and team managementskills.· Excellent communication and negotiationabilities.· Ability to travel internationally.· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceedsales targets.
