Stall Assistant

About the role

Yi Yuan Fang Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Stall Assistant to join our team in the Toa Payoh Central Region. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our food stall, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality cuisine.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with inventory management, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed
• Providing excellent customer service, taking orders and handling cash transactions
• Supporting the overall operations of the food stall, working collaboratively with the team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
