About the role

BCM Consultants Pte Ltd, a leading construction consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our team in the UBI Avenue 3, near to Tai Seng MRT. This full-time position plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analysing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
  2. Monitoring project budgets, cash flows, and cost control measures
  3. Negotiating and administering construction contracts
  4. Providing timely and accurate cost reporting to project stakeholders
  5. Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
  6. Collaborating with project teams to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met
  7. Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction-related field
  2. Experienced or Inexperienced as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager in the construction industry
  3. Excellent understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project control techniques
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project teamS
