Summary:

  • Basic up to $2,800 + Bonus
  • 5 Days Work Week
  • West / East Region

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, invoices, and delivery schedules accurately
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks
  • Maintain stock records, perform stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and warehouse teams
  • Assist in sourcing and monitoring warehouse materials and equipment
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration (Entry level is welcome)
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Computer literate with MS Office and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
