Proposal Sales Manager Advanced Solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the proposal team to ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant submissions.
- Analyze RFQs and collaborate with Business Development to define technical and commercial strategies.
- Develop and deliver competitive proposals for Mega Projects and DX solutions, highlighting company value.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, legal, and procurement teams to ensure timely proposal delivery.
- Oversee cost estimation, risk assessment, and order handover to the execution team upon project award.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal writing and preparation of competitive bids.
- Knowledge of technical products such as APC, MES, Asset Management, or other Process Automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of industry standards including ISA95, ISA88, Industry 4.0, OPC UA, and Modbus.
- Experience with ICSS systems (DCS, FGS) and major automation vendors is a plus.
