Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble a variety of gourmet sandwiches (e.g. paninis, wraps, club sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sandwich prep area
- Support kitchen operations and assist other stations when needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (café or restaurant setting preferred)
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
