1.     Project Management:

· Coordinate and deliver events from initial brief through to on-site execution and project close-out

· Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

· Attend client meetings, site recces, and technical planning sessions

· Support or lead project budgeting, quotations, and cost monitoring

· Ensure smooth execution of event operations

2.     Operational Planning:

· Coordinate crew and operators

· Manage logistics eg. venue, scheduling, transport arrangements etc

· Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials and services required for project

· Supervise on-site setup and teardown, ensuring smooth event execution

3.     Documentation and Compliance:

· Manage administrative requirements, including applications and organization of relevant documents eg. permits, invoices, agreements, schedules etc

· Submit required certificates, permits, and supporting documents pre- and post-project

· Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures onsite

4.     Team Collaboration & Support:

· Liaise with internal teams, venues, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth execution

· Assist with vendor sourcing and paperwork coordination

· Support warehouse and equipment maintenance where necessary

5.     Other Duties:

· Travel as required for support

· Availability after hours and weekends during active project periods

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience in project management/ coordination

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly organized with attention to details and deadlines
