FullStack Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable interfaces for AI and data products using modern web and cross-platform frameworks , React Native, FlutterFlow).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes within Git-based workflows.
  • Ensure application security by participating in and passing mandated security audits and compliance reviews.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with thorough technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with platform, data, and AI teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Maintain and enhance codebases for optimal performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full stack or frontend-focused development roles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in , , React Native, and responsive UI frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Parcel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cross-platform development tools (Flutter, FlutterFlow).
  • Strong skills in building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating WebSocket for real-time features.
  • Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Proven track record with Git-based CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience in regulated or audit-compliant environments (healthcare, finance, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to backend frameworks such as with Express, or Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Quart).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development practices.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker).
  • Background in agile development methodologies, especially scrum delivery.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to support deployments or rollouts outside standard working hours when required.
  • Quick adaptability to new frontend technologies and deployment models.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
