Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing dishes including seafood, poultry, meat, vegetables, pre-made items, pastry, and appetizers
  • Coordinate with department cooks on dish procedures and processes
  • Prepare food according to established standards
  • Monitor food presentation and quality
  • Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu, including main and special/promotion dishes
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and wash utensils
  • Perform any other assigned duties

Job Requirements

  • At least 1- years of experience in Chinese cuisine
  • Good attitude, proactive, and reliable
  • Teamwork and passionate
  • Working days: 5.5 days
