As a Nursing Administrator (Executive) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide admin and operational support to the Nursing Admin Team and Ward Nurse Managers

  • Oversee the Patient Service Assistant Team

  • Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Nursing Lead and senior nursing staff.

  • Handle correspondence, prepare letters, memos, and internal communications.

  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Maintain and manage the calendar of the Nursing Lead, scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external engagements

  • Meeting Coordination & Minute-Taking

  • Organize and prepare for departmental and interdepartmental meetings.

  • Take clear, accurate minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Presentation & Document Preparation such as collate slides and materials for presentations and nursing reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree certification in any discipline

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
