Visitor Experience Ranger @ Bukit Timah

- Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30pm to 7.30am/4 days work, 2 days off
- Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives) + Shift Allowance
- PTs are welcome at up to $12/hr
Job Scope
- Provide customer service and handle visitors' queries
- Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
- Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
- Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
- Perform service recovery where necessary
- Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
- Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
- Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
- Good communication skills and good command of English
