IT Project Manager

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team in Singapore (SG).

What you'll be doing

• Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule.

• Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support following SDLC and Agile

• Collaborate and work closely with our banking client's vendor project teams to deliver the project/release as directed and assigned by them.

• Communicate status reporting to client's stakeholders and senior management.

• Manage change requests.

• Working on regular basis with off-site project development team of client's vendor, to track resource planning, deliverables, risks, and issues.

• Enforce the client's project management policies and procedures on relevant client's team members and client's vendors.

• Use client's Clarity tool to provide -

  1. Baselining of project acitivities.

  2. Project Cards

  3. Tracking of Actuals

  4. Risk Monitoring

• Contributes towards the end-to-end use of client's new products

• Contributes towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as IT Project manager

• Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking.

• Strong strategist and planning skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding.

• Exposure to across the organizational verticals and Senior Management.

• Knowledge on Supply Chain financing, Accounting and Payments preferable.
