• Reporting to the General Manager for the Service Operations in the Southeast Asia territory, comprising of contract service job, machine repair and maintenance business, and trading of parts.


• Perform service jobs in the equipment operation and support after-sales activities of all the machines delivered or commissioned by Southeast Asia Office.


• To provide technical expertise to all under his responsibility and assist Service team in trouble shooting and machine issues.


• To provide service team with technical expertise on machine trouble shooting and breakdown analysis.


• Organize product demo according to the needs of the customer.


• Plan visits to customers and report on the visit conducted.


• To offer service contracts to customers promptly or within one month of equipment delivery; with the assistance of the General Manager.


• To ensure a Service Report is filled up and signed by the customer upon completion of every service job.


• To keep track and record all the spare parts and inventory.


• To observe the company's safety policy, housekeeping, and operation procedures in the course of work.

Requirements:


• Minimum ITE Certificate in Technical or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering


• At least 5 years of experience in repair/troubleshooting of heavy-duty equipment


• Ability to read electrical diagram, hydraulic schematics


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects


• Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers at all levels


• Basic computer skills, including experience with entering documentation/notes about repairs


• Candidate with own vehicle preferred


• Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Office: Bukit Batok
