Business Acquisition Manager, Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
- Experience in working with Vietnam customers on brand awareness by Google Ads.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese fluently in order to communicate and serve customers in Vietnam.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement.
- Experience in building business, fulfillment of goals, and developing associated agreements.
- Experience in business, media, or advertising.
- Ability to take on tests and develop plans and recommendations.
- Ability to operate and thrive in a changing environment.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to help advertisers achieve their business goals. You will have the knowledge of Vietnam as a market as well as Google product solutions, combined with the communication skills and investigative abilities. You will influence and build relations and provide client service, research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of clients and understand how Google's ads solutions can grow their business. You will set the goal and advise on marketing strategies which will help Google achieve goals and serve as an expert and advocate for advertisers within Google along with building and managing a pipeline of clients working towards objectives, while continuing to success of these new customers.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities
- Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities.
- Create presentations and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies to address the market and opportunities.
- Provide client service and partnership to customers and partners.
- Partner with Google's client on-boarding team to service clients.
