Overview of Internship Scope:
Great talents are needed for startups to grow. The People team designs and implements strategies targeted at addressing talent challenges tech startups face. We have a range of engagement activities which we drive, to build meaningful connections with these individuals, they can be intellectually stimulating, inspiring and most of all, fun to be at. Our work involves a lot of creativity, thoroughness and perseverance as we have a myriad of activities going on daily - from pipeline building strategies to leadership capability development programmes.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the research, event planning and recruitment operations of the team. We aim to match top talent with high-potential Deep Tech startups with projects in the fields of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, IoT, Robotics, Quantum Computing and more.
As a Talent Research intern, you will be responsible to manage and support all operational and administrative matters, to ensure smooth execution of our Talent Programme. These would include:
Requirement
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR as a career pathway.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently.
