What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a wide range of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch, using high-quality ingredients
  • Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all desserts and baked items
  • Collaborating with the head chef to develop new and innovative dessert recipes
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to feedback

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or a degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts
  • 5+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques and the ability to work with various doughs, batters, and pastries
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
