How you succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to research. Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with various teams to support important initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
What you do
You'll be directly involved in:
- Updating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
- Researching and comparing industry best practices for usage deals and promotions.
- Conducting market studies of competitors in the merchant acquiring space.
- Performing in-depth analysis of Financial Institution (FI) and Non-FI merchant capabilities.
- Supporting card re-platforming activities, including minute-taking and action item follow-up.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
