RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships with various stakeholders by building trust and credibility.
- Provide technical support and guidance to doctors, helping them maximize product usage.
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations to customers.
- Conduct hospital-level presentations and discussions.
- Meet assigned sales targets for both product and territory.
- Continuously monitor sales opportunities and leads, ensuring follow-through on the purchasing process.
- Develop and execute a strategic action plan for the territory.
- Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly sales activities.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience in supporting Interventional procedures (Cardiovascular, Peripheral, or Endovascular).
- Familiarity with both public and private healthcare settings in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of the medical device environment and its decision makers stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, with the ability to effectively apply them during business and product promotions to the end users.
- Experience in product training and marketing initiatives is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant university qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with Interventional products is an added advantage.
