We are an established Warehouse fulfillment & Service Centre (For e-commerce clients) that is looking for a talented and dedicated Operation Manager to join our e-commerce logistics team.  If you enjoy a fast-paced job and like a challenge, we'd like for you to apply.

Job Scope

  • Oversee daily activities to ensure the warehouse and distribution processes operate efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify and address operational challenges. Develop and implement plans for performance enhancements to achieve operational objectives
  • Create contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with changes in processes.
  • Manage and supervise inventory to maintain accuracy; conduct periodic cycle counts.
  • Provide regular updates on operational performance to senior management, including data on performance, challenges, and improvement strategies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, perform cost analysis, and oversee expense control.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, offering guidance and support to promote high productivity and accuracy levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address any issues related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management (minimum 4 years), preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Have experience in handling ERP system and high proficieny in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
