About the Role

Tall Ship Adventures are seeking a reliable and skilled Engine Driver to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our speedboats within port limits. This role is essential in maintaining safety, efficiency, and readiness of the boat engines, while also supporting overall vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain boat engines within port limits.

  • Conduct routine checks, servicing, and record-keeping.

  • Wash, clean, and maintain vessels in good condition.

  • Assist the captain with berthing, bunkering, and general operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid MPA Engine Driver 3 license .

  • Proven experience in marine engine operation and maintenance.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.

  • Team player with a proactive and safety-first mindset.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $3,700 – $3,900 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) plus company benefits
