About the role

As a Warehouse Storekeeper at HLA GARMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient storage and distribution of goods within our Geylang East Central Region warehouse. This is a full-time position that will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfilment of customer orders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording the arrival of goods into our warehouse
  2. Organising and maintaining the storage of inventory in an orderly and efficient manner
  3. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet customer requirements
  4. Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  5. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages to the management team
  6. Assisting with the implementation of warehousing best practices and process improvements
  7. Providing support and guidance to the wider warehouse team as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience working as a warehouse storekeeper or in a similar logistics role
  2. Strong organisational and inventory management skills with an eye for detail
  3. Competent in the use of warehouse management systems
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the wider team
  5. A proactive and problem-solving attitude to continuously improve warehouse operations
  6. Physical fitness to carry out the manual handling required for the role
