About the role
As a Warehouse Storekeeper at HLA GARMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient storage and distribution of goods within our Geylang East Central Region warehouse. This is a full-time position that will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording the arrival of goods into our warehouse
- Organising and maintaining the storage of inventory in an orderly and efficient manner
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet customer requirements
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages to the management team
- Assisting with the implementation of warehousing best practices and process improvements
- Providing support and guidance to the wider warehouse team as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience working as a warehouse storekeeper or in a similar logistics role
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills with an eye for detail
- Competent in the use of warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the wider team
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude to continuously improve warehouse operations
- Physical fitness to carry out the manual handling required for the role
