About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts/Tax Executive to join the team at Joe Tan & Associates PAC Chartered Accountants' in the City Hall Central Region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our respected accounting firm.

What you'll be doing

  1. The Accounts/Tax Executive will be assigned the firm's clients to attend to their accounting and tax needs and requirements.
  2. Able to complete full set of accounts. Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individual and business clients
  3. Responsible for tax computation for the client annual corporate tax returns
  4. Assisting with audits and other accounting projects as needed
  5. Providing excellent customer service to clients
  6. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, )
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting and/or tax preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
