Singapore MORROW ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS PTE. LTD. Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to project completion and statutory certification. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the comprehensive design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, and obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Leading the tender process and contract administration.
  • Conducting periodic on-site construction supervision to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Managing the final stages of the project.
  • Monitoring and certifying the making good of defects by contractors.
  • Assisting the management in business development and preparing comprehensive functional and technical feasibility studies.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a rigorous and professional approach to their work, including

  • Registered Architect (Qualified Person) with the Singapore Board of Architects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (GM AAP) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to liaise with clients, engineering consultants, and contractors.
  • Willing and able to travel for overseas projects.

Compensation: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) in addition to the base salary.
