Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive to support the Health Education Hub (HEH) portfolio. The role involves coordinating weekly health webinars, managing events, and providing administrative and communication support. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder engagement and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Health Education Hub

  • Assist to plan, host, and evaluate weekly webinars, including speaker coordination and participant engagement.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Comms, IT, Operations) and external partners for smooth event delivery.
  • Provide Zoom webinar support (setup, troubleshooting, QNA polls).
  • Manage online registration platforms (Form.SG, , Plumber).
  • Create and submit publicity materials (posters, EDMs, social media content) in line with NUH branding.
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue bookings, and resource management.
  • Maintain participant databases.

Training Workshops

  • Assist to coordinate with departments and medical experts to plan and deliver Serious Illness Conversation (SIC) training workshops.
  • Support budget allocation, expense tracking, and procurement for workshops.
  • Create and submit publicity materials.
  • Manage participant registrations, inquiries, and attendance databases.
  • Take primary responsibility for workshop-day execution, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen interest in healthcare publicity.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and webinar platforms (Zoom); experience with Form.SG, , and Plumber is an advantage.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
