Retail Associate

Job Responsibilities:

· Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanour, offering product information, and assisting them in finding items.

· Develop positive working attitude within the team members

· Assist in day-to-day store operations and online fulfilment

· Handle fulfilment of customers' orders across store pick or delivery service.

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.

· Any other ad hoc responsibilities that will be assigned by the Operations Manager
