Job Description

  • Sell the Studio M / M Social Singapore products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
  • Promote the Hotel's products and services
  • Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
  • Ensure that Millennium Hotels and Resorts Code of conduct is followed at all times
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all MCIL Hotels in your region
  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls
  • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
  • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions and early departures
  • Manage "no show" reservations by investigation and recording of same
  • Respond to enquiries about the hotel products and services by various channels promptly
  • Determine guests' needs and provide recommendation accordingly, upsell whenever possible
  • Ensure that all reservation information in correspondences and reservations system is accurate
  • Ensure that all follow ups are completed within 24 hours
  • Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
