As a Retail Sport Specialist, you're the face of Decathlon, the first person our customers meet and the one who makes their experience unforgettable.

Your goals:
Delight every customer with your energy, expertise, and love for sport
Take ownership of your sport department, managing it like it's your own business, from merchandising to performance
