The Opportunity

As an Outreach Specialist, you will be the key initial point of contact, conducting professional outreach to potential clients & business partners. Your mission is to secure qualified appointments for our senior team, all while working on a schedule that you help define.

Compensation & Flexibility That Matters:

  • Attractive Hourly Rate: Earn a competitive and fixed rate of S$12 to S$15 per hour
  • True Flexibility: You define your work schedule Choose your working hours (between 10am to 6pm) and working days (Monday to Friday) that suit your life, subject to minimum weekly requirements.

Your Day-to-Day Mission:

  • Execute professional outbound calls to leads using our easy-to-use communication platform.
  • Successfully qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Consistently meet productivity and quality standards within your flexible hours.
