We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing security systems in alignment with industry standards, ensuring optimal system performance, minimal downtime, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Permanent Position : Service Engineer
  • Salary : Attractive Remuneration + Transport Allowance + Mobile reimbursement + VB (Up to 3 months)
  • Location : Kallang
  • Working Hours : Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer service representatives to promptly resolve customers' security system issues.
  • Provide comprehensive support and maintenance services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and training.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Renew and manage maintenance contracts as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality service by adhering to industry standards and ensuring prompt responses to service requests within the region.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing follow-up until resolution.
  • Oversee service issues transitioned from the project team after external handovers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in IT hardware, networks, and database systems.
