Production Operator (1-Year Contract) | Up to $3,200/Month

Location: Tuas South | Join a Leading Milk Powder Manufacturer


Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,100
  • Performance Bonus: $100/month
  • Transport Allowance: $50/month

  • Shift Allowance + Fixed OT Pay

  • Day Shift: +$10/day

  • Night Shift: +$13/day
  • Estimated Gross Salary: $2,700 – $3,000/month

Working Hours
  • 5 Days a Week: Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat
  • Shift Timing: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shift)
  • No rotating shifts Fixed day shift only

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Handle raw materials and pack finished milk powder products
  • Conduct simple quality checks to meet hygiene and safety standards
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Report any equipment faults
  • Support other duties as assigned
