What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm, friendly demeanour
  • Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring timely food and beverage service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including tables, floors, and service stations
  • Assisting with food preparation and restocking of supplies as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers of all backgrounds
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
  • Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage
