Responsibilities:

  • Teach Fine Arts, including sketching, painting, and sculpture, using engaging, innovative methods.
  • Deliver engaging and technically strong classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking
  • Instruct students across age groups with differentiated methods
  • Teach foundational and advanced concepts in Art History
  • Follow and enhance the studio's established teaching SOPs
  • Lead group classes, mentor junior instructors, and collaborate on curriculum planning
  • Represent Little Artists at exhibitions, events, and parent meetings
  • Inspire students to build exceptional portfolios and develop original artistic voices
  • Foster a vibrant, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and artistic growth.
  • Demonstrate and guide students through diverse art techniques tailored to their abilities.
  • Introduce and teach modern design principles and elements of art effectively.
  • Plan and curate art displays and exhibitions for school and community events.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators.
  • Lead and mentor a team of art teachers, providing curriculum guidance, progress tracking, and constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Early child good school teaching is an advantage
  • Strong foundation in classroom management and curriculum planning.
  • Experience in IGCSE, IB, or MYP systems would be preferred
  • Passionate about working with children (ages 3–17) and fostering their creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Cheerful, honest, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and innovate.

  • Senior Art Teachers: SGD $3,000 - $5,000/month + CPF (where applicable)
  • Full-Time Teachers: SGD $2,600 - $3,500/month + CPF (where applicable)
