Job Scope:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and repair of building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

  • Supervise in-house technicians and liaise with external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

  • Perform regular facility and equipment inspections to identify issues, inefficiencies, or safety risks, and ensure prompt rectification.

  • Attend to facility-related breakdowns and emergencies swiftly to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Monitor building management systems (BMS), track energy consumption, and ensure optimal performance of critical infrastructure.

  • Keep accurate documentation of maintenance activities, asset inventories, and regulatory compliance reports.

  • Assist in facility upgrades, renovation projects, and fit-out works through coordination, planning, and on-site supervision.

  • Ensure all maintenance work aligns with safety standards, building codes, and internal policies.

  • Support the preparation of maintenance budgets, manage procurement of spare parts, and oversee service contracts for facility systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with experience in facilities maintenance or building operations are welcome to apply.
