Experienced Sales Designer

We are looking for experienced and driven Sales Designers to join our established Interior Design company. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexible working hours and are eager to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare design proposals and presentations, including space planning and conceptualization based on client requirements.
  • Prepare accurate quotations aligned with client specifications.
  • Confidently communicate and provide professional guidance on design and renovation processes.
  • Convert prospective clients into confirmed projects through effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee project management and site supervision to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a sales-driven and customer-focused approach in all dealings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in interior design sales or project management (years of experience may vary but prior hands-on experience is essential).
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong sales acumen and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
  • Creativity and design flair are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
