Singapore Tripartite Alliance Limited Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The incumbent will be part of the Industry Outreach & Marketing (Partners Engagement) team with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

Job responsibilities

The selected candidate will be required to:

  • Plan and carry out industry and community engagement plans
  • Deliver policies and programmes to employers and encourage them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices
  • Build good relations with industry and community partners, business and trade associations as well as trade unions to promote TAFEP's initiatives and programmes
  • Organise seminars and training workshops
  • Make presentations and conduct workshops /briefings
  • Staff relevant meetings

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act is an advantage
  • Have good analytical, writing and communications skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • People oriented
  • Strong competency in MS-Office software is essential
  • Candidates with more years of experience and ability to lead a team shall be considered for the senior position

The position offered will commensurate with individual work experience and suitability.

Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
