About the role
La Table D'Emma' is seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team in the Outram Central Region. As a Chef De Partie, you will be an integral part of our bustling kitchen, responsible for overseeing a particular station or area of food preparation. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, offering you the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to the success of our acclaimed restaurant.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards of quality and presentation
- Ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of meals to our customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment
- Assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff as required
- Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
- Participating in menu development and recipe creation
- Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Formal culinary training or qualification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends and PH
Time: Between 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm(Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week
