Responsibilities
  1. Execute and complete the FPSO new built Hull project according to contractual specifications, quality standards, timeline, and safety protocols.
  2. Enforce HSE policies including IOGP/HIRA/GOLDEN Rule, conduct safety audits, campaigns, drills, and weekly walk-throughs focusing on critical work areas, engaging the workforce on site.
  3. Oversee new build specifications, verify designs, and ensure construction activities comply with contracts and engineering designs.
  4. Review construction progress against the project schedule and report to the Hull delivery manager.
  5. Ensure all construction and installation work for the FPSO adhere to quality control standards, inspections, QA/QC documentation, and quality analysis.
  6. Confirm the hull is constructed according to the latest revision of issued drawings.
  7. Oversee hull fabrication and assembly, including module fabrication from overseas, ensuring scope integration.
  8. Ensure the hull is commissioned per project requirements.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with the shipyard, client, classification society, etc., and document minutes, reports, and presentations.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree or diploma in Naval Architecture, Civil, Marine and Offshore, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
